Resveratrol Supplement

Resveratrol is a polyphonic bioflavanoid compound with antioxidant properties most commonly found in grapes and wine, and it is believed to be the main ingredient responsible for some of wine’s health benefits. Resveratrol is commonly taken as supplement for a number of benefits including supporting cardiovascular health and longevity. There is some evidence Resveratrol can support cognitive function via increased cerebral blood flow, but more research in this area is needed.
